About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to establish themselves in the automotive industry. As a Service Advisor Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and support while learning all aspects of the Service Advisor role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and providing exceptional service
- Assisting with vehicle service bookings and enquiries
- Communicating with customers regarding service progress and completion
- Coordinating with technicians and workshop staff
- Preparing service documentation and invoices
- Learning dealership systems and service processes
- Building strong customer relationships and ensuring a positive service experience
This role offers exposure to a busy dealership environment where no two days are the same.
About You
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine desire to learn.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous customer service, retail or hospitality experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- A professional presentation and friendly manner
- A willingness to learn and take direction
- A current driver's licence or the ability to obtain one
Automotive experience is not required. We are looking for attitude, enthusiasm and potential.
