New Vehicle Sales Consultant

Brighton Volkswagen is looking for a passionate and driven New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking someone who is customer focused, motivated by success, and committed to delivering an exceptional dealership experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery and beyond.

About the Role

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will:

• Assist customers in selecting the right Volkswagen vehicle to suit their needs and lifestyle
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals
• Manage leads and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge across the Volkswagen range
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the sales journey

About You

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive, retail or a customer-focused environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A current driver's licence
