About the Role

This is a real opportunity for an energetic, driven Sales Consultant who loves building relationships and closing deals. Our top performers are currently delivering 40+ vehicles per month — and we'll back you with the stock, the leads, and the team to get you there.

You'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers through their entire vehicle-buying journey

• Presenting and demonstrating our range of quality used & factory fresh vehicles

• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right options

• Managing enquiries, appointments, and follow-up activities

• Achieving individual sales targets and performance goals

• Maintaining accurate customer and sales records

• Delivering an outstanding customer experience, every time

This role comes with a generous base salary plus uncapped commission — so your earning potential is genuinely in your hands.

About You

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not essential

• A passion for sales and outstanding customer service

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence negotiating and closing

• A positive, results-driven mindset

• Excellent time management and organisation

• A current Australian driver's licence

• Availability to work weekends on a rotating roster
