Southside Toyota are a high-volume and dynamic dealership that has a vacancy for a New & Used Car Detailer/ Yard Hand to join the team at our Woolloongabba dealership.

This role is to assist our New and Used Vehicles department by preparing vehicles ready for sale and delivery to our customers.

About this role:

* Detailing vehicles ready to handover to customers
* Washing New and Used car displays, twice a week
* Liaising with our pre delivery department around preparation and completion of new and used cars
* Fitting of minor accessories i.e. floor mats, bonnet protectors
* Assist with in stocking vehicles where required
* Assist with general yard duties as required
* Maintaining cleanliness of the dealership and common areas
* Assisting the Sales Manager with any tasks deemed necessary

Essential Skills:

* Automotive detailing experience highly regarded
* Cutting, polishing & buffing experience will be highly regarded
* Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations relevant to automotive detailing
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
* Reliable & punctual
* Be organised and a self-starter
* Be able to work quickly, efficiently, and autonomously
* Attention to detail and ability to produce quality workmanship
* Ability to follow procedures consistently
* Have a valid drivers licence
