Data Entry Officer

The PCM Hub is an internal marketing agency for Eagers Automotive dealerships across Australia. The team manages CRM, customer marketing and data support, along with customer privacy management and creative design services, helping dealerships effectively manage their customer privacy and marketing activity Australia wide.
As our national dealership network continues to grow, we're expanding our team to support increasing dealership demand and maintain exceptional service delivery.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service & Data Officer with a flair for customer service to support the day-to-day management of our dealership requests across our national network.
This role will play an important part in maintaining service standards by triaging and facilitating inbound requests from our dealership network while ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency in all data-related activities.
Key responsibilities include:

• Liaising with dealerships and internal stakeholders to resolve requests via email and/or phone
• Assisting with marketing campaign audience and parameter setup
• Supporting customer privacy and data compliance enquiries
• Ensuring data integrity and adherence to company processes
• Processing data extract requests and CRM administration tasks

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in an inbound customer service role, administration or similar role
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Previous experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work
• Experience with CRM systems, Asana or other customer databases will be highly regarded
