Webster Trucks is seeking a driven and organised Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department and support the ongoing success of our busy dealership. Acting as a key leader within the business, this role plays an important part in ensuring parts operations run efficiently while delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers.


Working closely with Service, Sales, and workshop teams, this opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, optimising processes, and building strong stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

 


What you will be doing:

Lead, mentor, and develop the Parts team to deliver strong performance and customer outcomes
Manage daily parts operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and stock availability
Oversee inventory control including ordering, stock levels, and returns
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
Coordinate parts requirements with Service and workshop teams to minimise downtime
Monitor and analyse parts sales performance, implementing strategies to drive growth
Ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and record-keeping across all transactions
Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant parts department
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Drive a culture of exceptional customer service and continuous improvement


What you need:

Previous experience in a Parts Manager or senior Parts role within automotive or heavy vehicles
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Sound understanding of parts inventory systems and stock management
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Commercial awareness with a focus on profitability and efficiency
Strong computer and administrative skills
Experience in the truck, transport, or heavy vehicle industry highly regarded
Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
