We are searching for a talented customer service champion to join our Service Bookings team on a FULL TIME (Monday - Friday) located at Wingfield with support hours of 08:30-16:30. You will gain experience in all vehicle brands that we support, the day-to-day workings of our service departments and providing our guests with guidance over the phone where applicable. This role may also provide flexible working from home opportunities 2 days a week for candidates who prove their reliability and demonstrate competency after their probation period.

Responsibilities
·         Service Bookings via phone calls and online bookings.
·         Responding to customer voicemails and emails
·         Checking for product recalls
·         Providing accurate service pricing to guests
·         Communicating with our guests in a professional, knowledgeable and timely fashion
·         Communicating with service advisors when appropriate to arrange parts, loan cars, pick-ups etc
·         Proactively identifying activities for continuous service improvement
·         Meeting manufacturer call handling expectations
·         Attending monthly training and participating in team meetings and culture building activities

 

 

Requirements
·         Previous experience in a customer support role (experience in the automotive industry is advantageous however not essential)
·         Ability to communicate over the phone
·         Able to handle objections and challenging calls as well as maintain professionalism in difficult customer facing environments
·         Proficiency in word processing and computer skills with experience in using Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel
·         Strong written and verbal communication skills
·         Familiarity with CSI systems and practices
·         Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
·         Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively whilst adhering to schedule.
·         Ability to handle high call and email volume whilst meeting KPIs
·         Be collaborative in a team environment
·         Strong work ethic and the ability to be productive when working autonomously
·         Excellent focus and attention to detail
·         Ability to serve our guests face to face
·         Experience in contributing to high customer satisfaction scores
·         Other duties as required
