Service Bookings Administrator

About the Role
Norris Metro in Windsor is seeking a professional and highly organised Service Receptionist / Bookings Administrator to support our service operations. This role will support our Kia, GWM and Hyundai dealerships.

This position is essential in managing service bookings, coordinating customer communication, and ensuring the efficient running of the booking team. As the first point of contact, you will help create a welcoming and professional environment for our service customers while ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and accurately.

• Greet customers on arrival and assist with service bookings and enquiries
• Help the booking team to ensure workflow accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure Repair Orders (ROs) are filed and processed correctly
• Answer incoming calls and ensure enquiries are directed promptly
• Respond to online bookings and voicemails within required timeframes
• Support service advisors and technicians with administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with customers
• Manage the service reception area to ensure a professional appearance at all times

Skills & Experience

• Experience in an office or customer relations environment is essential
• Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service is highly regarded
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Current driver’s licence
