Service Advisor

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and our service team. You will ensure a smooth and professional experience from booking through to vehicle handover, while maximising customer satisfaction and service department performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage service bookings
• Provide accurate service advice and quotations
• Liaise between customers and workshop technicians
• Keep customers informed on repair progress and timelines
• Upsell additional services and products where appropriate
• Process invoices and ensure all documentation is accurate
• Deliver a high standard of customer service at every touchpoint

About You

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role (automotive preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• A professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
