We are now seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our growing team.

About the Role
As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a key role in supporting both our service department and customers by accurately identifying, sourcing, and supplying Hyundai parts. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position ideal for someone passionate about the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and identify parts requirements for technicians and customers
• Source and order genuine Hyundai parts and accessories
• Manage inventory, stock control, and parts ordering systems
• Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Process invoices, quotes, and payments accurately
• Maintain an organised and efficient parts department
• Liaise with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of parts

About You

• Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (automotive industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and systems (experience with Hyundai, MG, GWM, Kia or similar brands highly regarded)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail with strong organisational abilities
• Computer literate and experience using parts catalogues and inventory systems
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
