The Role

• Create engaging, connecting and memorable moments with our customers

• Strong focus on customer experience results

• 2IC Duties and tasks

• Role Model to the sales team

• Double closing deals

• Keeping our customers informed during their new car purchase journey

• Updating your DMS and ensuring the team do this daily 

• Delivering the features and benefits to customers - taking them through their new car deliveries 

• This role requires you to sell new vehicles via email, over the phone and face to face, as well as undertake and conduct management tasks

What You Will Bring:

• Excellent communication skills - Build rapport quickly and act with integrity

• A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales KPIs

• Deliver the ultimate customer experience with a high level of professionalism

• Be hungry to learn and humble when mistakes are made

• Use your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet customer and business deadlines

• Be agile and flexible to change - things move pretty quickly here

• A strong and reliable work ethic & process driven mindset

• Full and current Drivers Licence

• Motor Salesperson or Dealer Licence
