New Vehicle Assistant Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of the Eagers Automotive Group, Norris Motor Group has an ideal opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our dealer group with Norris GWM at Windsor.  The successful individual will be responsible for assisting with managing Metro GWM's sales department, one of the leading Australian motor brands. This is an opportunity for a Sales Professional who wants to step up, change locations or manufacturers. You must have a proven track record in car sales and be a top performer to be eligible. This high-volume sales department is still expanding and this is a great opportunity to become part of this growing business and the opportunities this presents.     
We require a person who can lead by example, with the ability to sell cars, close deals, nurture manufacturer, staff and customer relationships while achieving above average CSI KPI’s. Working closely with the General Sales Manager you will assist with all areas of running the department, including but not limited to staff, training, stock, fleet, sales advertising and lead management. 

SKILLS:

• Previous Automotive Sales experience
• Highly motivated and results driven with a proven sales track record
• Ability to think outside the square and come up with dynamic strategies
• A passion for delivering a premium customer experience
• Strong attention to detail regarding administration processes
• Motivational skills that will engage all team members to perform at their best
