ABOUT THE ROLE


As part of the Eagers Automotive Group, Norris Motor Group currently has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Finance and Insurance Consultant/Business Manager to join our high-performing sales team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for assisting our customers with their finance, insurance, and warranty needs, delivering outstanding service and support throughout the buying journey.


RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Engage positively with customers seeking vehicle finance, insurance, and warranty services
  • Work closely with customers to identify their needs and present finance options tailored to their situation
  • Prepare loan applications with all required supporting documents and submit them to appropriate lenders for approval
  • Accurately generate, print, and package all loan execution documents, arrange customer signatures, manage payouts, and ensure insurance coverage is in place
  • Submit policy remittance and sales reports to finance and insurance providers, as well as dealership management
  • Maintain accurate document storage, update databases, and ensure compliance with all legislative requirements
  • Complete month-end summaries, track performance against targets, and plan corrective actions where required
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting obligations, including ASIC, GST, and taxation requirements

 

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

 

  • Strong computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office and financial/insurance IT systems
  • A collaborative mindset with a commitment to supporting the broader sales team and delivering great outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage a varied workload effectively and efficiently
  • A valid Open Driver Licence is required, as visits to customers’ homes or workplaces may be necessary
  • Ability to gain financial accreditations across lending products (background checks apply)
