About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and customer-focused Car Care Consultant to join our team.

Working closely with customers throughout the vehicle delivery process, you will present and recommend a range of vehicle protection products and aftercare solutions designed to enhance and protect their vehicle ownership experience across Hyundai, Kia and GWM vehicles.

Key responsibilities include:

• Presenting vehicle protection and car care products to customers

• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions

• Delivering a premium customer experience at every interaction

• Achieving monthly sales targets and maximising commission opportunities

• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards

• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

• Working collaboratively with the Sales and Finance teams

About You

• To be successful in this role, you will have: • Previous experience in automotive sales, aftercare, finance and insurance, retail sales, or a customer-facing role

• A proven ability to build rapport and influence purchasing decisions

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service

• The drive to achieve results and maximise earning potential

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• A current Australian Driver Licence
