We have an exciting opportunity for an outgoing individual who is looking to forward or begin their career in HR.
Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the WA HR team with a range of administrative duties, whilst developing first-hand knowledge of HR advisory and business partnering work.
Primarily you will be responsible for:
- Recruitment administration, including creating positions and managing the contract production process
- Working with managers across the WA automotive network to ensure HR processes are being followed
- Taking ownership of various Apprenticeship administrative processes

About You
Whilst this role will be focused primarily on supporting the administrative processes of the WA HR team, we are seeking applicants who want to forward their career into HR Advisory and Business Partnering work in the future.
To be successful in this role, you will be a confident, people-person, who has no fear of picking up the phone to a dealership manager for a conversation. You will demonstrate strong time management processes (you’ll love To-Do lists!) and an aptitude for computer systems.
You’ll also be keen to support wherever needed; we’re a team that values customer service above all else, rather than straight adherence to a position description!
Additionally, you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, or be completing HR studies
- Strong, basic skills with Microsoft Office products; you don’t need to know how to create PivotTables or Macros, but you do need to feel confident with the basics in Excel, Word and Outlook
- The ability to maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in administrative roles will be highly regarded, but not essential
- Full Australian working rights
