Fleet Administrator

BYD West Perth is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Fleet Administrator to join our dealership team. This role plays a key part in supporting the fleet sales function by ensuring all vehicle orders, documentation, and delivery processes are managed accurately and efficiently.

Working closely with Fleet Sales Consultants and internal departments, you will coordinate administrative processes from order through to delivery, ensuring a smooth experience for both customers and the dealership. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.

What you will be doing:

• Generate accurate vehicle orders from client purchase orders
• Supporting day-to-day fleet administration using internal systems
• Apply problem-solving skills and attention to detail in daily operations
• Communicate vehicle status updates to external suppliers and clients
• Maintain existing relationships between suppliers and the dealership
• Produce licensing documentation with high accuracy
• Maintain internal databases and client records
• Generate invoices for external suppliers

What you need:

• Previous dealership administration, service advising or fleet experience highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
• Organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across teams and suppliers
• Ability to work to deadlines in a compliance-driven environment
• Hard working and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Strong computer literacy
• Australian working rights
