We are creating a new Financial Planning & Analysis Manager who can do more than report the numbers. We want someone who owns them. Someone who can turn data into direction, insights into action, and financial performance into a competitive advantage.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll be the force behind our financial intelligence, partnering with senior leaders across the business to drive outcomes, challenge thinking, and shape the future of easyauto123. The role provides an unrivalled leadership path to the right analytical finance leader by learning to influence finance and non-finance leaders at senior levels.

About the Role

This is a high‑impact role where you’ll take full ownership of financial planning, analysis, and performance management. You’ll build clarity around what’s happening in the business, why it’s happening, and what needs to happen next.

Key Responsibilities

Insights & analytics

• Own performance analysis across volume, GPU, expenses and lead indicators and translate them into clear, actionable insights
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term scenario modelling that guides tactical and strategic decisions
• Partner with operational leaders to uncover opportunities, highlight risks and influence performance outcomes
• Partner to evaluate, monitor and influence exciting tech initiatives using AI, Machine Learning and similar technologies

Optimisation, transformation and evolution projects

• Develop commercial business cases for expansion and growth initiatives
• Lead financial readiness for new store openings, including first‑period and first‑quarter performance expectations
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives that enhance scalability
• Support strategic projects that require strong financial thinking

Financial control & accounting

• Deliver a reliable, timely month‑end close, partnering with a fellow Finance Manager and accounting teams
• Help strengthen balance sheet integrity and financial governance
• Optimise commission processes that a sales organization like ours rely on for performance
• Identify and implement improvements that lift accuracy, efficiency and control

Leadership & Stakeholder Influence

• Be the business partner directly available to top Leadership Team including the EGM
• Mentor and develop Finance and Admin team members to lift capability and performance
• Support the Head of Finance with leadership, planning and strategic execution and partner with the fellow Finance Manager
• Manage relationships with Corporate Finance and other internal/ external stakeholders

About You

You’re not just a numbers person; you have the friendly, professional personality to be the effective business partner. You thrive on solving problems, challenging assumptions, and helping leaders make smarter decisions and you do all that using your calm, constructive, friendly style.

You’re commercially sharp, analytically strong, and confident presenting insights that drive action. You love using Power BI or similar analytical tools and Excel is second nature to you.

You are CA/ CPA or similarly qualified and you bring experience in FP&A, commercial finance or financial control, and you’re ready to step into a role where you can seriously influence the entire business and take your career towards your ultimate destination.
