Finance Manager

About the Role
easyauto123 Corporate in West Perth is seeking a commercially focused and results-driven Finance Manager to join our corporate finance team in a full-time capacity.

This role plays a key part in supporting business performance through financial oversight, reporting, forecasting and strategic analysis. Working closely with senior leadership and operational stakeholders, you will help drive informed decision making in a fast-paced, multi-site automotive environment.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working at both a detailed and strategic level, influencing outcomes and contributing to strong commercial performance.

What you will be doing:

• Lead monthly financial reporting, analysis and variance commentary
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Provide commercial insights to support operational decision making
• Partner with department leaders to improve financial performance
• Monitor margins, cost controls and revenue trends
• Prepare executive-level reporting and board-ready analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial governance standards
• Identify process improvements across finance reporting and systems

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in finance leadership, management accounting or commercial finance
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capability
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and performance reporting
• High attention to detail with strong commercial judgement
• CA or CPA qualification (or working towards) preferred
• Experience in automotive, retail or multi-site environments highly regarded
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Australian working rights
