About the Role
Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, this role is integral to the administrative support of the Service Department.

It is the role of the Warranty Administrator to process all documentation relating to the warranty repairs of vehicles whilst within warranty period. It’s imperative to maintain a professional attitude and deal with any warranty issues in a timely manner.

This includes

• Compile and complete warranty claims following guidelines set by the manufacturer
• Keep valid, current and legible records of all claims submitted
• Maintain warranty storage of return parts and return all parts requested
• Submit transport and hidden damage claims
• Complete costing of repair orders and assist in other department costing duties when required

You will ideally possess

• Experience in the same or a similar role
• Experience with costing in a dealership environment (desirable but not essential)
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ability to work alone and be self-paced but still within a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
• Australian working rights and driver’s licence
