Senior Service Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our busy WA Hino team. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone with proven dealership or heavy vehicle service experience who is ready to take the next step into a senior position.

In this role, you’ll be the key link between our customers and the service team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and mentoring junior advisors.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting customers and managing service enquiries

• Booking and coordinating service appointments

• Providing accurate estimates and explaining required work

• Liaising with the workshop to ensure efficient workflow

• Managing invoicing, warranty claims, and documentation

• Supporting and mentoring the service advisor team

• Delivering excellent customer service to build long-term relationships

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor who can confidently lead, communicate, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor (truck/heavy vehicle experience highly regarded)

• Strong communication

• Excellent time management skills

• Developed leadership and mentoring skills

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

• Mechanical knowledge to communicate confidently with customers

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

• Valid Australian working rights and current driver’s licence
