Interpreter – Hino & Fiat Professional Vehicles

Full Time | Monday to Friday | Overtime Available
We’re on the lookout for a reliable and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our busy dealership, working with Hino and Fiat Professional Vehicles. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who thrives on variety and delivering exceptional service.

About the Role:

• Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, between 7:30am – 5:30pm
• Overtime available when required
• Work within our Genuine Parts department, assisting with accurate communication between customers, technicians, and team members
• Pick and manage your own parts orders with a strong attention to detail
• Process and dispatch orders efficiently and accurately
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required
• Handle a high volume of customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency, via Phone, Email, or Walkin's
• Use various computer systems to input and manage data (experience with ERA DMS is a bonus, but not essential)
