About the Role

As a Parts Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Service Department, Trade Customers, and Retail Customers by identifying, sourcing, and selling genuine Toyota parts and accessories.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with parts enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
• Identifying and supplying the correct parts and accessories efficiently
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade and fleet customers
• Processing sales transactions and preparing quotations
• Receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels
• Participating in stocktakes and inventory control activities
• Working closely with the Service Department to ensure workshop requirements are met
• Delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a customer service role (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and a commitment to outstanding customer service
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn dealership systems
• A current driver's licence

Highly Regarded

• Experience with Toyota parts systems or electronic parts catalogues
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• Previous dealership experience
