• Represent a high-performing, well-respected dealership

• Team member discounts across automotive products and services

• Be part of a large, multi-national automotive group with dealerships and brands across Australia, New Zealand and beyond, giving you real opportunities to move, grow or change brands over time

• Access ongoing training through our Learning Together program, including technical courses, personal development and career support throughout your employment

• Use the Telus Health MyCoach Employee Assistance Program for confidential support across mental health, physical health and nutrition, financial advice, family and relationship support, and stress management

• Take advantage of a wide range of employee benefits including discounts on vehicle purchases, parts and servicing, private health insurance, Crown Perth accommodation, plus additional paid parental leave for eligible team members

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service, ideally in automotive or service environments

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy front-of-house setting

• Professional, approachable, and solutions-focused

• Comfortable using computer systems and dealership software

• Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
