Service Advisor

About the Role
We’re looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Grand Toyota Wangara. As the first point of contact for our service guests, you’ll guide them through everything from routine maintenance to complex repairs. If you enjoy building relationships, staying organised, and thriving in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle servicing needs
• Book and manage service appointments
• Clearly explain work carried out and ensure high guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with workshop and parts teams to ensure smooth processes
• Promote additional service work where appropriate
• Follow up with customers and maintain accurate service records

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Calm, solutions-focused approach with great problem-solving ability
• Team player who works well with both customers and technicians
• Current driver’s licence and valid Australian working rights
