About the Role:

Wangara Hyundai is the largest volume Hyundai dealer in WA and proudly the only stand-alone Hyundai dealership in the state. With an exceptional reputation in both sales and service, we continue to set the benchmark for customer experience, performance and team culture.
We are now seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. Whether you’re an established Parts Manager or a highly experienced Parts Interpreter ready to take the next step, this is your chance to be part of a winning team  in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where your skills will shine.
Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal and Service Manager, you will oversee all operational aspects of the Parts Department, working closely with the Service team to drive results and ensure outstanding service for retail, trade and internal customers alike.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and achieve monthly sales targets across key parts metrics
• Build strong partnerships with the Service Department to maximise efficiency
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times
• Assist retail and trade customers with parts advice, sales and support
• Manage stock levels and interpret parts requirements accurately
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers

About you

We are looking for a motivated leader  someone who thrives in a busy, high-volume dealership environment, who brings energy and focus to their team, and who takes real pride in delivering results.
If you have a passion for the automotive industry, outstanding communication skills, and a commitment to providing the best customer experience  we want you!
Ideally, you will have:

• Experience managing a parts department (preferred) or as a senior Parts Interpreter ready to step up
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and operational targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
