Parts Interpreter

About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team in Wangara.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate parts advice to both internal and external customers, ensuring efficient parts supply to the workshop, and delivering a consistently high level of service.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Interpreting parts requirements for technicians and retail customers
• Ordering, receipting, and dispatching parts
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock control
• Assisting with parts enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Supporting the service department to ensure timely job completion
• Upholding dealership processes and manufacturer standards

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (Toyota experience highly regarded)
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
