Wangara Hyundai is seeking a knowledgeable and customer focused Parts Interpreter to join our Parts team. In this role, you will identify, source and supply automotive parts and accessories to internal departments and external customers, ensuring accuracy and a high level of service.

This role is hands on, fast paced and ideal for someone who enjoys learning, loves helping people and wants to be part of a positive team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately interpret and source parts for workshop, retail and trade customers

• Process orders, quotes and invoices in line with dealership procedures

• Maintain up to date knowledge of parts catalogues and manufacturer systems

• Manage stock levels, incoming deliveries and returns

• Keep displays organised, stocked and visually appealing

• Provide prompt and professional service to both internal teams and external clients

You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a parts interpreter or similar automotive role is ideal, but not essential if you bring the right attitude

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems, or a genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly phone manner and clear communication abilities

• A team oriented approach and a willingness to learn

• Australian working rights

• A current, valid drivers licence
