About the Role
Nuford Wangara are looking for a highly motivated Inventory Clerk with exceptional organisational skills to join our administration team. This full-time role supports key dealership functions including inventory management, debtors and creditors, and basic accounting activities.

 

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will form part of the broader administration team and play a central role in ensuring dealership operations run efficiently and compliantly across vehicle and financial processes.

 

What you will be doing:
• Manage new and used vehicle inventory records and reconciliations
• Complete licensing and Department of Transport compliance requirements
• Cost vehicle deals and calculate gross profit and commissions
• Compile deal packs, complete compliance checks, and archive documentation
• Process cheque and EFT payments
• Support accounts payable and receivable through data entry and reconciliations
• Complete bank and merchant reconciliations
• Assist Accountants and the Financial Controller with reporting and ad hoc tasks
• Liaise with management teams across the dealership

Skills & Experience:
• Previous dealership administration or inventory experience highly regarded
• Exposure to dealer management systems such as Pentana or ERA advantageous
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
• Intermediate Excel capability
• Well organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across teams
• Ability to work to deadlines in a compliance-driven environment
• Willingness to learn basic accounting processes
• Australian working rights
