BYD Sales Delivery Consultant

About the Role
BYD Shared Services WA, based at the BYD Delivery Centre in Wangara, is looking for a highly motivated Sales Delivery Consultant to join our growing BYD team.

This full-time role is focused on delivering an outstanding guest experience during the final stage of the vehicle purchase journey. You will play a key role in coordinating vehicle deliveries, preparing customers for handover, and ensuring each guest feels confident, informed and excited when collecting their new BYD.

Reporting to the Sales Management team, you will work closely with sales, administration, finance and pre-delivery teams to ensure each vehicle delivery is completed smoothly, accurately and to a high standard.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate customer vehicle deliveries and handover appointments
• Provide a warm, professional and informative delivery experience for guests
• Explain vehicle features, technology, charging basics and ownership information
• Ensure vehicles are prepared, presented and ready for delivery
• Complete delivery documentation and compliance requirements accurately
• Liaise with sales consultants, administration, finance and pre-delivery teams
• Follow up with customers before and after delivery to support a positive guest experience
• Maintain accurate records in dealership systems
• Assist with customer enquiries and provide general sales support where required
• Represent the BYD brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and care

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in automotive sales, delivery, customer service or administration highly regarded
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach
• Confident communicator with the ability to explain vehicle features clearly
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Well organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning new systems, processes and vehicle technology
• Genuine interest in electric vehicles and the BYD brand
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Australian working rights
