About the Role
Osborne Park BYD is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused BYD Sales Delivery Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. This full-time, guest-facing role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring a seamless transition from vehicle purchase to delivery.
As a BYD Sales Delivery Consultant, you will take ownership of the post-sale journey, converting signed contracts into delivered vehicles while ensuring all financial, compliance, and aftercare components are completed accurately. You will guide customers through the final stages of their purchase, delivering a professional and memorable handover experience while supporting finance and aftercare outcomes. This role suits someone highly organised, solutions-focused, and confident in managing multiple stakeholders and processes.
What you will be doing:
- Manage the handover of customers from Sales Consultants and coordinate all delivery arrangements
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery timelines, processes, and expectations
- Schedule and conduct professional, engaging vehicle deliveries
- Ensure all licensing, registration, and documentation are completed accurately and compliantly
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure vehicles are prepared and delivery-ready
- Support finance and aftercare outcomes, including warranties, accessories, and service plans
- Maintain accurate records across CRM and dealership systems
- Conduct post-delivery follow-up and manage customer satisfaction and survey outcomes
- Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in sales (automotive experience highly regarded)
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to guide customers through the final stages of their purchase
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confidence presenting aftercare products and supporting finance outcomes
- High attention to detail, particularly in compliance and documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset
- Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
