Pre-Delivery Technician

We currently have a fantastic opportunity available at Wangara Hyundai for a Pre-Delivery Technician.

Reporting to the Workshop Controller this role will be responsible for preparing vehicles for delivery including accessory fitting. You will have one-on-one support and mentoring from experienced senior technicians. Based on workload there may also be minor service work required.

Duties will include:

• Liaising with various departments across the business to ensure the pre-delivery processes are achieved in a timely manner
• Planning each assigned job for maximum efficiency
• Completing fitting and maintenance in line with manufacturer and dealership requirements
• Ordering parts (where necessary) from Parts Department

• Completing inspections prior to delivery
• Ensuring a constant commitment and compliance to WHS

About you:

This role would be ideal for a current Accessory Fitter or Trade assistant looking to take the next steps in their career. Full training will also be provided to the right candidate for the job!

You will ideally possess:

• Knowledge and experience as a Pre-Delivery Technician / Accessory Fitter would be beneficial but not mandatory
• Exceptional organisational ability
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Valid Australian working rights and driver’s licence
