About the Role

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the vehicle purchasing journey. You will build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and showcase the features and benefits of the BYD vehicle range.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone.

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from enquiry to delivery.

• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities within the CRM system.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.

• Stay up to date with BYD products, industry trends, and EV technology.

• Work collaboratively with the finance, delivery, and aftersales teams.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing sales role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A strong customer-service mindset.

• Self-motivation and a results-driven approach.

• Professional presentation and a positive attitude.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• A current Australian Driver's Licence.
