Technician

About the Role

As part of the exciting new Toowoomba BMW dealership opening in May 2026, we are seeking qualified and reliable Automotive Technicians to join our foundation service team. In this role, you’ll carry out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of BMW vehicles, ensuring all work meets manufacturer standards and delivers exceptional results for our customers.

This is a rare opportunity to be involved from day one in a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art dealership.

Multiple opportunities are available for this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine servicing, mechanical repairs, and diagnostics
• Carrying out inspections and completing warranty‑related work
• Accurately documenting all work and adhering to workshop procedures
• Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Working collaboratively with the service and parts departments

Skills & Experience

• Qualified Automotive Technician (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent)
• BMW, European, dealership, or manufacturer training highly regarded
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
• Current driver’s licence
