An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our highly successful team at Toowoomba Ford.

What the role entails:

  • General servicing and maintenance of vehicles - Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai, MG or Renault experience will be highly regarded 
  • Planning each job for maximum efficiency
  • Repairing and maintaining in line with manufacturer and dealership requirements
  • Identifying and repairing technical issues
  • Identifying and recommending additional work as required
  • Ordering parts (where necessary) from Parts Department; and
  • Completing quality and timely work to meet Customer needs as per Repair Order instructions

 

What you need to be successful: 

  • Mechanical trade qualifications/Vehicle repairers’ licence is essential
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
  • A current drivers licence
  • Ability to work in a team environment
