About the Role
As Service Receptionist, you’ll be the first person our service customers see and speak to. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional experience while keeping the service department running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and managing incoming calls
- Booking service appointments and updating customer details
- Supporting Service Advisors with administration
- Handling payments and basic invoicing
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
About You
You’re friendly, organised and enjoy helping people. You take pride in your presentation and communication, and you’re confident juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll ideally have:
- Reception or customer service experience
- Strong communication and computer skills
- A positive, professional attitude
- Reliability and attention to detail
Automotive experience is an advantage but not essential. Full training will be provided.
