Service Receptionist

As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you’ll be instrumental in creating a welcoming atmosphere while providing top-notch administrative and front-desk support.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with service bookings and enquiries
• Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• Provide administrative support to service advisors and technicians
• Maintain accurate records and ensure clear, timely communication with guests
• Keep the service reception area tidy and professionally presented at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail with solid organisational abilities
• Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Confident with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• A current valid driver’s licence
