Service Manager

Toowoomba Ford, a subsidiary of Toowoomba Automotive, is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join their Herries St team. With a person-centred approach to leading our Service Department, the successful candidate will be someone who can inspire a team, give and receive feedback, demonstrate accountability and value relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.

About this role:

• Oversee all aspects of the Service Department Operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence

• Responsible for booking in and management of service customers

• Assist in workshop control and workshop management

• Knowledge of dealership Pentana DMS systems is an advantage

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and staff to ensure satisfaction and loyalty 

• Proven great leader with a mindset focused on our customers, staff engagement & exceeding KPI’s (Customer, Manufacturer & internal)

• A hands-on, proactive presence, that encourages and motivates their team

• Maximisation of productivity & efficiency

• Commitment to driving robust processes and managing change 

• Foster a Customer-Centric environment, ensuring unparalleled service experiences. 

• Exemplary communication and proactive customer service 

• Ability to manage and lead staff
