We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy service department and become the link between our customers and workshop team.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers and discussing their servicing needs
- Preparing service estimates and repair orders
- Maintaining regular communication throughout the service process
- Recommending additional maintenance and repair work where required
- Liaising with technicians to ensure timely vehicle completion
- Managing customer enquiries and resolving concerns professionally
- Meeting customer satisfaction and sales targets

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional and positive attitude
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- A current driver's licence
Experience with dealership service operations will be highly regarded; however, we welcome applications from motivated candidates with transferable customer service skills.
