About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between our customers and service technicians. You’ll ensure every customer receives clear advice, accurate information, and outstanding service from booking to vehicle collection.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally
  • Manage service bookings and prepare repair orders
  • Clearly explain recommended repairs, servicing requirements, and costs
  • Liaise between customers, technicians, and parts to ensure smooth workflow
  • Provide regular updates to customers on vehicle progress
  • Finalise invoices and ensure accurate documentation
  • Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Mitsubishi standards

 

About You

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor (automotive dealership preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities
  • Professional presentation and customer‑first attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment
  • Current driver’s licence
