Service Advisor

About the Role

BMW Toowoomba are seeking a professional and customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our service team.

As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a key role in delivering a premium service experience from booking through to vehicle collection, reflecting BMW’s high standards of customer care.

This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and working closely with technicians and customers within a premium dealership environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet and assist customers with service bookings and enquiries
• Prepare repair orders and clearly communicate required work to customers
• Liaise with technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle progress
• Maintain clear and timely communication with customers throughout the service process
• Identify and upsell additional service and repair work where appropriate
• Ensure all work is authorised and completed to BMW and dealership standards

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role highly regarded
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
• High attention to detail and professional presentation
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
• Competent using dealer management systems and Microsoft Office
• Current driver’s licence
