About the Role

Greet and assist guests with service bookings and enquiries

Prepare repair orders and communicate work required to guests

Liaise with technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle status

Maintain clear and timely communication with guests throughout the process

Upsell additional services and ensure all work is authorised and completed to standard
Skills & Experience
-
Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service role (automotive preferred)
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
-
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
-
Current driver’s licence
