Service Advisor

Dalby Ford are seeking an energetic and experienced Service Advisor to join the team. As a Service Advisor you will act as the main contact between the Dealership and the customer, for the repair and service maintenance of their vehicles.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a professional approach, passion and positive attitude that provides an exceptional experience for our customers.

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this will be a fast-paced, dynamic and rewarding position with uncapped earning potential.

About this role:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism and build rapport with internal and external customers
• Ensure seamless time management with the ability to identify and prioritise important tasks and ensure that you meet service deadlines
• Ensure open communication to keep customers up to date on the progress and servicing of their vehicle
• Keep knowledgeable and up to date to ensure ability to provide on the go advice and accurate pricing to customers and when preparing invoices
• Complaints resolution and escalation to the Service Manager
• Previous Service Advising experience is highly desirable and will allow you to hit the ground running however all Automotive & Customer Service experience will be considered
