As a BYD Product Specialist, you’ll be the face of one of the world’s fastest-growing electric vehicle brands. You’ll guide customers through their EV journey — from first impressions to final purchase — by offering expert knowledge, honest advice, and a seamless experience.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in the showroom and during test drives
• Clearly communicate the features and benefits of BYD’s electric vehicle lineup
• Stay up to date with BYD’s product innovations, technology, and market trends
• Assist customers through the sales and delivery process in coordination with the sales team
• Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for electric vehicles and sustainable technology
• Sales or customer service experience (automotive preferred but not essential)
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Current driver’s license
