New Vehicle Sales Manager

About the Role

Toowoomba Kia are seeking a results‑driven and experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our new car sales team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience throughout the buying journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead, motivate, and develop the new vehicle sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Coach, train, and support team members to maximise individual and team results
• Oversee the full new vehicle sales process and ensure compliance with company standards
• Manage stock, pricing, and ordering in line with manufacturer and dealership requirements
• Collaborate closely with finance, service, and delivery teams to ensure seamless operations

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar senior role within automotive retail
• Strong understanding of the new vehicle sales process and manufacturer programs
• Ability to inspire, coach, and manage a high‑performing sales team
• Strong commercial awareness and performance‑driven mindset
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
• Current driver’s licence
