About the Role

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping customers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers in selecting the right new Kia vehicle
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
• Following up customer enquiries and leads
• Achieving individual and team sales targets
• Promoting finance, insurance and vehicle protection products
• Maintaining accurate customer records within dealership systems
• Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the sales process

This role offers a competitive base salary plus an attractive commission structure, providing excellent earning potential for motivated sales professionals.

You are a driven and customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships and achieving results.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous sales experience, automotive sales experience highly regarded but not essential

• A current and valid driver's licence
