Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our dealership.

About the Role

As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers find the right BMW to suit their lifestyle and needs. You'll guide customers through every stage of the vehicle purchase journey, delivering a premium experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers both in the showroom and through digital enquiries

• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles and products

• Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

• Achieving individual and team sales targets

• Managing sales administration and CRM activities accurately

• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the ownership journey

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in automotive, retail, hospitality or customer-facing sales

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A professional and confident approach

• High levels of motivation and self-drive

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

• A current and valid driver's licence

Automotive sales experience is advantageous but not essential. We are happy to provide training to the right person with the right attitude.
