New Vehicle Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated, driven and professional Fleet Sales Consultant to join our team at Toowoomba Automotive.

If you have experience in Automotive retail and are passionate about working closely with our business customers to find the right company vehicles for them, we would like to hear from you!  Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work alongside our established team to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients.

To become the newest member of our Toowoomba Automotive team, you will:

• Ensure the Sales Process is followed from Lead Management through to completed deal packs, understanding the process and the value of each step
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments – Finance and Insurance, Car Care, Fleet
• Managing vehicle deliveries
• Create engaging, connecting and memorable moments with our guests
• Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets 
• See the Customer Relationship Management as a high priority
• Have a strong customer focus and ability to work hard to meet the needs and requirements of our guests
• Hold a process driven mindset and a strong desire to be a high achiever with an attitude driven to succeed Previous experience in the Automotive retail/fleet industry will be highly regarded
• Motor Salesperson or Dealer Licence would be highly desirable
• Have a positive attitude and be driven to succeed
