Toowoomba Automotive is seeking a reliable and motivated Accessory Fitter to join our busy and professional team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality fitment, and wants stable, long-term employment in a well-established dealership environment.

About the role

You will be responsible for the fitment of genuine and aftermarket accessories to new and used vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and dealership standards.

Key responsibilities

• Fitment of accessories including (but not limited to):
  • • Tow bars
    • Canopies and tub liners
    • Bull bars, side steps, roof racks
    • Electrical accessories and lighting
• Pre-delivery accessory installations
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
• Working collaboratively with the workshop and sales teams
• Ensuring high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

About you

• Previous experience as an accessory fitter or similar automotive role (preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools
• Ability to follow instructions and fitment guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Current manual driver’s licence
• Reliable, punctual and a team player
