Brand Manager

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage the sales team while actively selling on the floor. As Brand Manager, you will drive performance across both Kia and Mitsubishi, coach your team, and ensure every customer experience meets high standards.
You will also play a key role in growing and managing fleet sales, building relationships with local businesses and maximising volume opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
• Driving monthly and annual sales performance across retail and fleet
• Engaging customers and closing deals on the floor
• Developing and managing fleet sales opportunities and partnerships
• Managing stock, pricing and promotional activity
• Maintaining strong customer satisfaction outcomes
• Monitoring performance, reporting and forecasting

About You

You are a driven automotive professional who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will bring:

• Experience as a Sales Manager, Assistant Manager or senior Sales Consultant
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong closing skills and customer engagement ability
• Experience or exposure to fleet sales and business development
• Leadership capability with a focus on team development
• High energy, resilience and a positive attitude
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
