We currently have an exciting opportunity available to join the Automall West team as a Parts Interpreter.

So, what's the role about?

This is an excellent opportunity to become a valued member of Automall West. 
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to an efficient and profitable parts and accessories department, through the purchase and resale of parts and accessories required for all vehicles merchandised by the Dealerships.:

• Answering the parts phone and interpreting parts
• Attend to requests efficiently and courteously
• Supporting the Service Department and liaising with Technicians and other internal staff
• Ensure Monthly KPI's are achieved or exceeded
• Maintaining a safe working environment
• Ensuring the safe work practices of all staff
• Providing high-level guest service to the dealership's guests
• Other duties as directed

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Demonstrated knowledge of the automotive parts industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Good level of computer skills.
• Experience with Microcat Live and Parts Check.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Current open drivers license
