As our point of contact, you will need the ability to genuinely connect with customers and help them with their requests, whether they are with you in person or on the phone. 

 

We’ll be upfront, this is a high-paced environment and you’ll be dealing with all kinds of people, but it is also very rewarding. Are you ready to show us that you have the skills and experience to make this role yours? 

 

As the go–between from our customer to our Sales, Service, and Repair Departments, it will be your job to ensure the technicians understand our customers’ needs, and that the recommended solutions are fully understood by the customers. 

 

Your day in the office will consist of greeting customers, working out what’s needed and the charges. Then it’s up to you to brief the relevant department, establish a timeline, track progress, and keep the customers updated. 

 

To do this, you’ll need to be a highly organised administration sensation, with an up-to-date knowledge of all our services, and exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written). Working well within a team environment is essential, as is a current NSW driver’s licence, a working knowledge of our ERA and Pentana computer systems, and the Microsoft suite of programs.
